Having trained full-time at Elmhurts Ballet School, Carlie has over 15 years of professional experience in dance. From performing in ballet companies to hitting the West End stage, she has a grounded technique which has allowed her opportunities in choreographing, mentoring and coaching professional performers to reach their peak performance. Throughout her career she has worked with various ages and abilities in dance and body conditioning and loves to help people work hard and succeed in their personal goals.

Jamie is a yoga teacher and health coach and teaches yoga in some of London’s top studios, as well as working with private and corporate clients. He is passionate about working with people that have long term health conditions, using yoga and breath-work as a tool to promote a healthy body and mind.

Sam Webster

As an expert Pilates instructor who used to be a five-star chef, Sam is passionate about integrating nutrition into her exercise regime. “I consider myself very lucky to be able to live a life where foodand stretching are the order of the day, everyday”. Sam turned to Pilates after a knee injury and found the practice helped her restore her body. With a relaxed and friendly teaching style, Sam loves taking the time to give her clients detailed explanations of each movement.

Austin Wilks

Austin is a qualified gym instructor with over 18 years experience as a professional dancer and teacher. His career has taken him from The Moulin Rouge in Paris to London’s West end and onto choreographing for the global-hit, Dirty Dancing. Austin’s skill have given him great insight into how the body works and how to relay that information to clients in a clear and concise way. Austin is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. Kage Douglas

Kage has been a professional dancer singer and actor for 20 years working on stage, TV and film and has been extremely fortunate enough to have travelled to and around the UK, Europe, East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific islands whilst performing. He always believed in fitness outside of performing as a way to keep the body healthy and conditioned and to keep up the fitness level up but that became a love as well as a necessity. So much so that he is now a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and Level 2 fitness instructor teaching high and low intensity cardio class and barre.

Jamel

Seniior Trainer

Jamel, a physical therapist and football coach, underwent a significant journey due to a bilateral hip resurfacing surgery at 28. His struggle began with hip pain during a football match, which worsened over time despite various treatments. Misdiagnosed initially, Jamel's pain persisted even after hip arthroscopy, leading to severe daily difficulties and a diagnosis of osteoarthritis. Feeling depressed and uncertain, he sought further advice, which led him to cancel a planned hip replacement in favour of hip resurfacing with a new surgeon. This decision, influenced by the experience of others, proved transformative. Now pain-free, Jamel is committed to using his expertise to specialise in hip rehabilitation and training, turning his challenging ordeal into a source of strength and expertise.
