Founding Meta-Agers

Participation Has a Face

Meet the people helping shape a new identity for healthy ageing.

The Founding Meta-Agers are not ambassadors chosen because of their fame. They are the first people to publicly embrace the Meta-Ager philosophy and demonstrate it through the way they live. They come from different worlds—sport, business, medicine, hospitality, education, the arts and everyday life—but they share one belief: that ageing does not have to mean withdrawing from life. Each continues to participate, contribute and grow, showing that identity is shaped not by age, but by the standards we choose to live by. Together, they are helping introduce a new conversation. Not about living longer, but about remaining fully present in the years we have. Ageing is inevitable. Withdrawal is not.
