Founding Meta-Agers

Nobody starts life as the person they become.

Our Founding Meta-Agers didn't begin with extraordinary lives. They built them. Different beginnings. Different ambitions. Different setbacks. Each has faced moments when stepping back would have been easier than continuing forward. What connects them isn't fame, status or achievement. It's participation. They kept learning. Changing. Starting again. Taking risks. Staying interested. Becoming. Not because life made it easy, but because they continued to take part in it. They didn't become Meta-Agers when we gave them the name. They were already living it. Participation Over Withdrawal.
